Prize 1: Remote Unguided Fishing Trip For 2 People
The lucky winner and their guest will be hosted by Tikchik Adventures in South Western Alaska for an all inclusive 7-10 day fly in remote unguided fishing trip. Once the winner has been selected, Tikchik Adventures will work with the winner and their guests to accommodate them during the month of July, 2009. Alternative dates can be discussed or moved to 2010 pending availability and timing of the winner, their guest and Tikchik Adventures.
Tikchik Adventures will fly the lucky winner and their guest from any major airport in the United States to Bethel Alaska with the full support of River of Dreams partner - Alaska Airlines. Once in Bethel Alaska the winners will be flown by bush plane to their remote fly-in camp to begin their unguided fishing adventure.
Once in camp the winner and their guest will experience the true remoteness of the Alaskan wilderness by spending up to 10 days in an unguided fishing camp. Satellite phones will be provided for communication and emergency purposes only with the main Tikchik camp. Tikchik Adventures will work with the winners of the River of Dreams to select the waterways that will be fished.
This will be an all inclusive trip. Tikchik Adventures will cover off return airfare, food, accommodations and licenses once the winner and their guest arrive in Bethel Alaska. Winners will be responsible for bringing their own clothing and other personal items and all fishing gear. The winner and their guest will also be responsible for any taxidermy costs or air freight costs for shipment of fish back to their destination of departure.
This trip will offer the winner and their guest at opportunity of experiencing some of the finest fishing in the World in a setting of unspoiled natural beauty that is the Alaskan wilderness.
